To design and develop a dynamic, all-in-one website & online store for Picasso Press that effectively showcases their full suite of services (design, printing, copying, signage, & decor), simplifies the quoting & ordering process, & drives both online sales & lead generation from their local market in Mossel Bay & beyond.

Discovery & Strategic Consolidation

The first step was to unify Picasso Press’s diverse service offerings into a single, cohesive digital strategy that caters to both walk-in customers & larger B2B clients.

Stakeholder Workshops

Conducted in-depth meetings with the Picasso Press team to understand each service arm, their target customers (from individuals needing copies to businesses needing full branding packages), and their unique selling proposition as a local, one-stop-shop.

Audience Segmentation

Developed a UI that is clean, modern, & boldly creative, using a palette that incorporates the client’s brand colours while allowing vibrant project imagery to take centre stage.

  • Homepage: A dynamic hub that immediately communicates their “One-Stop-Shop” value proposition with clear service icons, a portfolio slider, & prominent calls-to-action for both “Get a Quote” & “Shop Online.”
  • Service Pages: Each service (Design, Printing, Signage) has a dedicated page explaining the process, showcasing examples, & featuring a targeted contact form.
  • Portfolio Section: A visually rich gallery that acts as a lead-generation tool, demonstrating the quality & range of their work to build trust & inspire project ideas.

Strategically incorporated elements like a Google Maps embed, customer testimonials, & guarantees of quality to build confidence, especially important for attracting local Mossel Bay clients.
